🚚 Delivery Policy

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Products are delivered within 10–15 business days depending on your location.
Discreet packaging is ensured to maintain your privacy.

🔄 Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of adult products, we only accept returns in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed via bank transfer / UPI.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Important Points

For hygiene reasons, opened/used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
